01For partners

Built by Odoo implementers, for Odoo implementers.

For Ready and Silver Odoo agencies with Gold ambition. dooPartners is a coalition of peer-level implementation partners: independent, owner-led, growing together toward Gold without giving up what makes each agency strong in its own market. Not a franchise. Not a hierarchy. A cooperative of peers.

·Why join, in short

We bring you qualified leads in your market.

Most Odoo agencies can deliver. What they struggle with is a steady flow of the right customers. dooPartners runs industry-focused content that brings in companies who are already looking for an Odoo partner. We qualify each one and pass it to the member who fits their country, industry, and language. You get a warm introduction to someone who wants to talk.

Network projects start on a standard model: a defined scope and a lean base implementation, without custom development at the start. That keeps delivery fast and predictable. Customisation can follow once the base is live.

02Tier 1 · What you get on day one

Five things every member receives from the first day of membership.

01Brand and visibility

A “Member of dooPartners” badge for your website, social media, and presentations. A listing on doopartners.com. The right to position yourself as part of an international network of serious Odoo implementation partners. End clients take you more seriously for it.

02Knowledge cooperation

A private platform for sparring between members. Odoo knowledge, domain expertise across manufacturing, wholesale, and retail, sales approaches, pricing, scoping, contract structures. Plus access to the dooPartners curriculum as training material for your own consultants and clients.

03A guided growth programme

Not a directory with a drink. A structured operating rhythm: a weekly 15-minute sales call (pipeline, blockers, one win per member); a monthly numbers session (revenue, margin, headcount, compared across the network); and quarterly Learning Days: two days each, on Cash, Execution, Strategy, and People. These are the four pillars of any owner-led practice that wants to grow to Gold. Monthly partner calls for market updates and sparring sit on top.

04Bilateral resource sharing

Members sub-contract work to each other through direct billing between companies. No platform fees, no centralised arbitration. Peer to peer, with dooPartners as the quality standard behind the introduction. This works because every founder is vetted: a serious practice with Gold ambitions and a peer-cooperative mindset.

05A path toward Gold

dooPartners is built on the premise that we grow toward Gold together. Members share certification strategy, sales methodology, and learning resources that accelerate this growth. You invest in your own agency; the network multiplies the return.

+Early members get more

Four strategic 1-on-1s with Bouke per year. A System2System.io discount for the first twelve months. Direct input into how Tier 2 and Tier 3 take shape. Permanent recognition as an early member. And most importantly: early members are the architects of which possibilities below become reality.

The membership also includes access to the EO Accelerator programme and to Odoo Experience: two communities most Silver and Ready agencies pay for separately. One fee. Three networks.

03Tier 2 · Where we can go together

A possibility map, not a roadmap.

·The community decides

Tier 2 activates when the network reaches sufficient scale and shared appetite. There is no fixed timeline. These are possibilities: concrete enough to evaluate, flexible enough to evolve. The community decides, together with the early members, which of these become real. Your voice shapes what gets built.

Co-acquisition for cross-market clients

This is the original gap that started dooPartners. A few years ago, Bouke sat across from an international wholesaler who needed multi-country Odoo delivery. BlueZebra could handle the Netherlands. The coordinated, multi-country capacity was beyond any single agency. They went with SAP, not because SAP was better, but because SAP could show up everywhere they needed it.

The co-acquisition model closes that gap. When end clients have international or multi-market needs, dooPartners contracts the project as a single party. We assemble the right team from member partners based on geographic and sectoral fit. When the project fits your market and sector, you step in. No pitching against your peers. The client signs with dooPartners; revenue flows to delivering members based on work done.

This is not a marketplace where members compete against each other. It is a coalition where members co-deliver.

Centralised infrastructure

Talent marketplace. A structured platform where members publish consultant availability and hire each other’s people for projects. Replaces bilateral resource sharing once volume justifies it.

Shared development capacity. A shared pool of Odoo developers, likely offshore, that all members can book hours from. One pool, lower per-hour cost than each member building alone.

dooPartners Academy. A central training institute in dooPartners methodology. Members send new consultants here. Structured curriculum, examinations, certifications. Eventually open to non-members as a revenue stream.

Network value-add

Customer Success Network. 24/7 first-line coverage across time zones. A Belgian client’s Saturday-evening question gets picked up by an Australian member. Requires four to five active members across time zones, a Year 3–4 possibility.

The dooPartners Index. A monthly market report on Odoo implementation worldwide. Which modules are growing, which verticals are hot, what pricing trends are emerging. Members get it first. Builds thought leadership for the entire network.

International rotation programs. Consultants from one member spend three months at another member in a different country. Cross-pollination of techniques, client types, market insights.

Branded co-implementation practices. For specific verticals (Manufacturing, Wholesale, Retail), launch a dooPartners Practice that distributes work across members with the right skills. Strong for clients with multi-country needs.

Community and continuity

The dooPartners Conference. An annual event for the broader Odoo ecosystem. Speakers, sponsors, paying attendees. Founders get profit-share as organisers. A Year 4–5 possibility.

Member sabbatical program. Members can take a three-month sabbatical once every five years, with other members covering their clients. The network functions as built-in continuity. Founders get priority access.

dooPartners Foundation. Junior consultants work on non-profit Odoo implementations. Real project experience, social impact, goodwill in the ecosystem. Members donate time; dooPartners coordinates the projects.

04 Tier 3 · Founders co-own what we build

Later members will be customers. Founders are co-owners.

·Co-investment in the roadmap

Tier 3 is fundamentally different from what comes above. This is where founders become co-owners of products that the network builds. The exact equity structure is determined when each product launches. For now, founders have priority right to co-invest. Later members do not.

Doo-Ultimate

An integrated implementation platform that accelerates the entire Odoo project lifecycle: project templates, client onboarding flows, knowledge management, quality checks. Members become users and co-owners. Non-members purchase via licensing.

dooPartners MCP Server

A specialised Model Context Protocol server for Odoo implementations. Gives AI assistants direct, structured access to Odoo instances for both clients and members. Founders invest in development; royalties flow on external usage.

dooPartners AI Assistant

Specifically trained on Odoo implementation. Helps members with technical questions, scope-creep detection, client communication, code reviews. Network-owned, founder-funded.

The Implementation Playbook

A productised version of dooPartners’ shared methodology. Sold as a book, online course, and certification programme to non-members. Founders earn royalties because they participated in producing and validating the methodology.

05The bar to enter
·Selective on purpose

The network only works if every partner you co-deliver with meets the same bar. These are the membership criteria. They are not negotiable, and they are not aspirational: they describe where you need to be today.

Ready or Silver Odoo partner with serious foundations

Past your first ten implementations. Certified consultants in-house. A real client base in your market. Quality of work matters more than tier status, but the work must be real.

Comfortable starting on a standard model

Lead-sourced projects begin with a defined scope and a lean base implementation, without custom development at the start. Members who deliver fast this way, and add depth later, fit best.

Gold ambition within five years

Not as a guarantee, but as a direction. Members commit to growing toward Gold partner status. Members who are content at their current scale belong elsewhere.

Non-competing with other founders

In Year 1, one founder per founder-market: Belgium, Australia, Canada, United States. The Netherlands is reserved for BlueZebra. After Year 1, additional members are evaluated on geographic, sectoral, and client-segment fit.

Independent, owner-led agency

Not a regional office of a consultancy. Decisions are made by people who also do the work. Five to fifty people is the typical range.

Willingness to share knowledge and lead initiatives

Members contribute to the community: through expertise sharing, by championing possibilities they care about, by helping shape the network’s direction. This is not a directory listing. It is a working coalition.

Commitment to autonomy

Members operate as fully independent companies. dooPartners does not provide HR, payroll, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, or other operational services. Members remain fully responsible for their own business operations.

A note from Bouke

“I am building this as a peer to the partners I want to join, not as a consultant who scaled and now wants to franchise. The possibilities above are wide because the gap in the ecosystem is wide. Which ones become real depends on who joins, what they need, and where the energy goes. That is by design.”
